Since Stars & Stripes is a Catamaran,

she sailed flat and comfortable, with no leaning on your ear like a conventional single hulled boat.
You could set your drink down without it spilling over.

  Our cockpit seating area is 70% shaded, so you could get out of the sun any time you desired.
The broad decks of our sailing catamaran, Stars & Stripes, offered plenty of space for lying out in
the Florida Keys sun and working on your tan.

  The food served on Stars & Stripes was a special treat, starting the moment you step on-board,
with pastries and tropical fruit juice. Lunch was a delicious feast,
including: freshly prepared salads, fruit platters, meats, cheeses and other surprise goodies.
 
  You also learned a little history and a little about animal behavior. Basically you found out what makes the Florida Keys such a special place and your stressful daily life up north was forgotten.
   In short, you were our honored guest and we loved to show you around our backyard.
